1. Who we are

TalentMatch24 is operated by BG Personal GmbH (“we”, “us”), Gierather Straße 22a, 51069 Cologne, Germany. These terms govern your use of our website and service at talentmatch24.com.

2. The service

We help candidates find work. You upload your CV, we read it and match you with employers who are hiring for your profile, and — with your agreement — introduce you to them. The service is free for candidates. Employers pay a fee to be introduced to a candidate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK to use the service as a candidate.

4. Your account and content

• Keep your login details secure and don’t share your account.
• The information you provide (including your CV) must be accurate, your own, and lawful to share.
• You grant us permission to store your CV and profile and to share them with prospective employers once you agree to an introduction.

5. No guarantee of employment

We connect people with opportunities, but we don’t guarantee that you will receive a job offer, an interview, or any particular outcome. Hiring decisions are made by the employers.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — for example by uploading false information, someone else’s data without permission, unlawful or harmful content, or by attempting to disrupt or scrape the platform.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its design and content (other than your own data) belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

8. Our liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity or data. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your profile at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know. The date below shows when they were last changed.

11. Governing law

We are a German company, so these terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live — so if you live in the UK, your UK consumer rights still apply, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts.
